What you pay, when, and getting money back.
- What do I pay, and when?The deposit the beauty pro sets when you book, and the rest to them on the day. No booking fee, ever.
- Can I pay the rest in the app?If your beauty pro offers it, from your booking until 7 days after the appointment.
- When will I get my refund?Usually 5 to 10 working days after we send it, back to the card you paid with.
- Why is there a pending payment on my card?Usually a hold for a booking request, which is released if it is not accepted.
- Is my card safe?Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach FeelPretty.
