Is it really free?
Yes. No subscription, no commission, and no booking fee for your clients. The only costs are our payment processor's own, passed on at cost with nothing added: 1.5% + 20p per card payment, its £2 account fee in a month you're paid, and 0.25% + 10p per payout.
Do I need a salon?
No. FeelPretty is made for beauty pros working from home, from a room, or going mobile. Your exact address is only shared with a booked client shortly before their appointment, and your map pin is approximate.
How do I get paid?
Deposits, and anything clients pay in the app, go to your own account with our payment processor, which pays it into your bank. Anything paid on the day is yours to take however you like.
What if a client cancels or does not turn up?
You set your own cancellation window and what happens to a late cancellation. Clients see both before they pay, and the rules they booked under are the ones that apply.
Do my clients need the app?
No. They can book on the web straight from your link. The app is there for clients who want saved looks, reminders and booking again in two taps.
