Our payment processor sets its own cookies on the payment form to detect fraud. These are covered by its own privacy policy, linked from that page.
The map at /explore is drawn by Mapbox. When you open it, Mapbox's map code keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage, which Mapbox uses to count map views for billing. It is only set on the map page.
For review: whether Mapbox's identifier counts as strictly necessary for the map someone asked to see (so no consent is needed), or whether the map page needs to ask first.
The app does not use cookies. It keeps your sign-in in your phone's secure storage.
