- Why does my booking say "requested"?Some beauty pros accept each booking themselves. Your card is held, not charged, until they do.
- When will I see the beauty pro's address?From 24 hours before your appointment, in your booking and in your reminder.
- How do courses work?One deposit when you book the first step, used up by the steps that cost money, in order.
- How do repeat bookings work, and how do I stop one?We hold your next visit, remind you the day before we charge, and you can skip or stop at any time.
- How do I message my beauty pro?Every booking has its own messages, open from booking until two weeks after your appointment.
- How do I leave a review?After a completed appointment, you have 60 days to review it, once.
