How do repeat bookings work, and how do I stop one?

We hold your next visit, remind you the day before we charge, and you can skip or stop at any time.

Updated

If you go back every few weeks, you can ask for a booking to repeat. Before you agree, we show you exactly what you are agreeing to, and we keep those words.

  • One visit at a time. We hold the same time for your next visit only.
  • A heads-up first. We tell you the day before we take anything.
  • The deposit is taken 3 days before each visit, from the card you paid with, if there is a deposit.
  • It never changes from what you agreed to.

You can skip a visit, move it, or stop repeating at any time before the deposit is taken, from your booking.

If your bank asks you to approve a payment, you have 24 hours to do it, or the time is released.
