A pending payment is usually a hold for a booking request. Nothing has been taken yet. It becomes a payment only if your beauty pro accepts your booking. If they decline or do not answer in time, it is released.
It can also be a payment that has gone through but not yet settled with your bank, which normally clears in a day or two.
Released holds can take a few days to disappear, depending on your bank. If you are worried about one, contact us.
