Open Loyalty in your beauty pro area (or More, then Loyalty, in the app). You can run:
- A stamp card. Choose how many visits fill it (3 to 20) and what a full card wins, like "50% off your next visit".
- Scratch cards. Choose how often clients get one, and list up to 8 prizes. Every card wins one of them. Mark each prize Often, Sometimes or Rarely, and your page shows clients the chance of each.
A stamp or card is earned when you mark a visit done, so only visits booked and completed on FeelPretty count. Clients find their cards in Rewards.
When a client shows you a reward, open their booking and tap Mark as used. Tapped it by mistake? You can put it back for a day.
Changing your mind. Changes apply from each client's next card. A card in progress keeps what it promised, and every reward already won keeps what it is, so honour those until they run out. Pause the scheme to stop new stamps and cards.
The rules. Rewards come from your own business (treatments, discounts or products), never cash. Keep your prices the same whether or not someone is collecting, and never charge for a stamp or a card. FeelPretty takes nothing from it. The full rules are in the terms for beauty pros.
