If you cancel after the free cancellation window, or do not turn up, your beauty pro's late-cancel policy applies to your deposit: they keep it, refund half, or refund it all. You saw this policy before you booked.
If you paid the rest of the price in the app and the appointment does not go ahead, that payment is refunded in full. The policy only applies to the deposit.
If you are very late, your beauty pro may not be able to do the treatment, which counts as missing it.
