Only clients who had a completed appointment can review it, so every review is real.
- You can reply publicly from your Reviews page. Keep it polite and leave out anything personal about the client.
- We do not remove reviews because they are negative. That is the law, and it is what makes reviews worth reading.
- We do remove reviews that are fake, abusive, discriminatory, include personal information or are not about the appointment. If you think one breaks these rules, tell us.
Never offer anything in return for a review, or ask friends to write one.
